During Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC), the body is briefly exposed to temperatures between -166°F and -200°F. This non-invasive thermal shock causes immediate vasoconstriction at the skin's surface.

What is the price for Cryotherapy?
Pricing is designed for consistent recovery:

Electric vs. Nitrogen: Why do you use Electric Chambers?
We primarily use the Neo Luna Electric Chamber. Unlike nitrogen "saunas" where your head remains outside, the electric chamber provides a True Whole Body Experience. Cooling the entire body, including the head, ensures a complete central nervous system response and uniform systemic inflammation relief.
What should I wear during the session?
We provide a clinical robe, gloves, and protective house shoes. During the 3-minute treatment, you remove the robe to maximize skin exposure. Men must wear undergarments. All jewelry must be removed to prevent cold burns.
How often should I do Cryotherapy?
For general wellness, 2-3 sessions per week is ideal. For chronic pain or athletic recovery, we recommend 3-5 sessions per week during the initial "jumpstart" phase to see cumulative systemic benefits.
What are the safety contraindications?
Contraindications include unmanaged high blood pressure, pregnancy, cold allergies (Raynaud's), or severe vascular issues. Because of our NP-led oversight, we perform a thorough screening before your first session to ensure you can participate safely.
