Preparing for Your Microneedling Treatment
Q: Is Microneedling painful?
A: We use a topical numbing cream prior to treatment to ensure comfort. You may feel light pressure and a vibration sensation, but the procedure is generally well-tolerated and includes a preparatory facial for optimal results.
Q: What is the downtime, and when will I be social-ready?
A: Downtime is minimal. Your skin will appear moderately to severely sunburned (red) for 24–48 hours. Most clients are social-ready within 2–3 days. Avoid heavy sun exposure and makeup for 24 hours post-treatment.
Q: How soon after Microneedling will I see results?
A: You will notice an immediate post-treatment glow, but true corrective results appear gradually. Collagen production peaks around 4–6 weeks after each session, with maximum results from a series appearing 6–12 months later.
Q: What post-care is necessary?
