How It Works

The Just Wellness Credit System

Every membership tier uses a credit system that gives you complete flexibility across all services. One credit has a real dollar value — the more credits your plan includes, the lower the cost per credit, and the greater your savings compared to standard single-session pricing.

Credits roll over for 30 days. Up to 3 credits per month can be transferred to another member. All tiers include 5% off retail products. The credit guide below shows exactly how many credits each service costs.

Pricing by Commitment Length

Annual upfront pricing provides the highest value with 15 months of access at the price of 12. Annual contract pricing locks in a reduced monthly rate with a 12-month commitment. Month-to-month requires 30 days written notice to cancel.

Membership Terms and Commitments

  • Month-to-Month: Requires 30 days written cancellation notice. All remaining credits must be used within the 30-day notice period.
  • Annual Contract Early Termination: Members who exit a 12-month commitment early will be back-billed for the total savings gap — the difference between the annual and month-to-month rate for all months utilized.
  • Annual Upfront: Provides the highest value with 15 months of access purchased at time of enrollment. Non-refundable.
  • Credit Rollover: Credits roll over for 30 days. Credits that exceed the rollover window are forfeited.
  • Credit Transfer: Up to 3 credits per month may be transferred to another active Just Wellness member.
